sadgrl's Layout Builder - Cool site that lets you create a basic layout when starting out your site. This layout builder was the foundation of this site and I learned most of my html skills through tinkering with the base layout.

music player code by adeline.net - this music player is so great and to modify and tinker! i love open source RAHHH!
comment section widget by virtual observer - easy way to have comment sections on your neocities pages. if you are using neocities, you may need to be a supporter for this to work.
RSS
RSSGuard - My FOSS RSS reader of choice! Puts updates of static websites you follow in one convenient place!
Blogtrottr - If you like to recieve your RSS feed as emails, give this a shot!
RSS Tutorial by PKLucky - This will teach you everything you need to know if you wanna set up an RSS feed for your own website! A great step for keeping your site organized and self-sufficient!
Images
Betty's Graphics - Lots of great tiled backgrounds with an oldweb vibe. This is where I got the blue and green scanline backgrounds for textboxes.
Image Editing
PhotoMosh - Adds effects to images and gifs. I use this all the time cuz I'm addicted to adding scanlines to all my wallpapers.
Remove.bg - easily removes backgrounds from images when I'm too lazy to use GIMP.
Ezgif - crop, resize, and edit gifs easily!
TinyPNG - compresses image files to make them more optimal for websites! for most images you can't really tell the difference!
Miscellaneous
Catbox - A site that stores whatever files you upload, and leaves you with a link to it. No need to store it yourself, just link and forget. I use it for mp3 files. Support if you have the financial means of doing so, but it is free. No sign-in required.
